The London Refinery Candle uses perfect scent combinations. Each candle blend combines 100% pure essential oils with soy wax to create the perfect candle for your home.

In The London Refinery, it's all about essential oils that are blended into exclusive products. We bring nature's work into the modern day, with simple, healthy and natural products. Free from horrible stuff like petrochemicals, parabens, synthetic fragrances or paraffin.

The Workshop

Workshops will last for about 1 hour and will be hosted by Lucy Heale, Founder of the The London Refinery.

They will start by learning about how our sense of smell works and how fragrance affects our mood and emotions. They will then learn about the different fragrance families and what top, middle and base notes are.

They will then learn how to use the range of essential oils to blend into their own candle. They will start by heating of the wax, blending of the oils, and finish with pouring their own 60ml candle to take home.

Each workshop participant will have all the blending equipment, mixing jug, whisk, and glassware provided. This is a fantastic opportunity to put your crafting skills to use and meet other Kindred members in a warm and welcoming environment.

You'll be given a drinks token to use at the bar - this is valid for a house cocktail, wine or beer (can be used for hot drinks also)!

4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
10. The venue may operate a No Smoking Policy.
11. The promoter, venue management and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property.
12. The event listed on the purchased ticket is strictly for ticket holders who are over 18 years of age. Identification may be required.

    It was a brilliant night out; Kindred is such a beautiful, intimate space for a comedy show. The staff are warm, the artists were brilliant and the DJ was great. I loved how as host, Travis engaged with the audience in such a friendly way - there is always a worry being sat that close to the stage when comedians are on, but he was funny and engaging with the right amount of banter, keeping us all bubbling for the featured acts, without stealing the show - a great balance. KG stole the show for me - naturally hilarious and confident, with real, relatable stories! Loved Michael’s set too. I came alone and felt right at home. Congrats to everyone who made it happen, it was a fantastic night out! I’ll be back (if I’m in the country). Bless!
