You are invited to a Mind, Body & Christmas Spirit DAY RETREAT at our favourite urban sanctuary.
December arrives with its wave of parties and deadlines, and often...very little time to take a breath, so we’ve devised a very special day of inner wisdom, connection and magic to open a deep healing space for yo to de-stress and detox ahead of the holidays. Rather than leaving those good intentions for January, how about a head-start?
Over the course of this urban retreat, you will experience a few of our favourite tools to support you;
KUNDALINI YOGA * CACAO JOURNEY * BREATH-WORK
Never heard of or tried these practices? Don't worry, we welcome beginners and will make sure you feel inspired and at home through-out the day.
What to expect:
10am - 12.30pm: A Kundalini Yoga Special: Shifting Stress and Activating Vitality
Stress gets a bad rap in our society, the guilty culprit behind creeping anxiety, burn-out and hormonal imbalances. But what if you could reframe your relationship with stress, reset your neurological patterns and remember how to relax? You may just have the secret formula to activating your vitality on a daily basis. This Kundalini master-class combines dynamic yoga & meditation and with activities to understand your hidden stress patterns and how to reset.
2pm - 4.30 pm: Cacao Journey - Your Family Key:
Heading back home (especially over the holidays) often has us stepping back into old patterns and triggers with parents and siblings. Yet, hidden in these relationships, lies so much wisdom and power, if only we can see it for what it is..and how to reclaim it. Working with the gentle plant medicine of cacao, this is an invitation to connect with parts of you long forgotten. We use the process of circle, shamanic journeying and ceremony to reconnect the child within, understand your Mother/Father Wound and gain new freedom and wisdom to bring to your family dynamics.
4.30pm - 6.30 pm: Transformational Breathwork Session
Let’s get cellular baby! Time to shift stress and old patterns from the very fabric of the body and experience a new level of freedom. Breath-work is a gentle yet powerful guided experience that uses the power of your breath to heal and RELEASE STRESS tension and what keeps you stuck, while DETOX the body so you can head home RE-ENERGISE and seeded with a deep sense of PEACE. The increased levels of oxygen in your system not only detoxify your system while releasing tension, but enable new realms of wisdom to open up from within.
Expect to leave feeling re-energised, yet with a deep seeded sense of peace.
Our wish is to reconnect you to yourself, preparing you for more connected family time and set you up for a super-charged 2020!

ANNABEL JAMES:
Co-founder of wellbeing platform Mamma Bali and trained Breath of Bliss Practitioner, Annabel's approach is rooted in a deep passion for care and creating the most nurturing of environments for your journey to unfold. Each session completes with grounded integration. Annabel holds a safe therapeutic space to allow for the full spectrum of human emotion to be felt, expressed and released. She is a holistic therapist, working to balance the mind and heart and to create deeper connection to oneself, others and the world around us.
LOLA HOLMES:
A teacher, coach and healer, Lauren combines the powerful techniques of Kundalini Yoga, Moon Wisdom and Theta Healing to empower each person she meets to fall in love with themselves, tap into their creative potential and live a life of greater joy through removing deep rooted blocks that keep them stuck.
Lola runs empowerment and leadership retreats around the world as well as working 1-1 with clients, specialising in supporting entrepreneurs, creatives and change-makers to activate and live their potential.
For her, empowerment lies in education, activating the inner healer and teacher within all she encounters and enabling them to tap into their inner radiance and joy. Her work with women includes teaching conscious pregnancy, female liberation and working with healing and empowering those who have experienced sexual or physical abuse.

4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
