Mother's Comedy Ball is a new monthly comedy night bringing you the funniest and most diverse of London's up and coming comedians.
We are passionate to bring you the best of all London's rising stars, including the talents of women, LGBTQIA, POC, people with disabilities and neurodiverse communities.
Featuring:
Don Biswas: ‘By the quality of his jokes alone, including a choice one about a corporate gig for the DWP, Biswas is the show’s star turn'. Guardian. As heard on Radio 4 Disability Comedy Show 13 Million Club.
Martin Willis: Martin is, varyingly: the founder of production company Objectively Funny (“the art form’s cutting edge” - the Guardian); a finalist in multiple competitions with sketch act Loose Brie; a stand-up of over 7 years; a queer half-Indian increasingly bald man with a silver jazz dance award and a heart of gold.
Gaby Killick: Award winning comedian and actress listed by Time Out as ‘The best thing to see at the weekend’
Alex Beighton: Comedian Alex Beighton (she/her) was birthed out of the Soho Theatre Stand Up Comedy Labs kicking, screaming and covered in amniotic fluid. Published in Coroney Baloney, t'ART Online and a writer on CNT Productions' 'The Sex Scene', Alex is also regularly gay and gross in front of willing audiences across the UK.
Anthony Gilet: Youtube sensation, Dating columnist and sketch comedian Anthony Gilét has gone viral more times than he’s had disastrous dates. Actually, wait... we’re gonna need a calculator.
Leslie Gold:An American expat living in London, Leslie Gold fell backwards into stand-up as part of a midlife crisis - but now sees comedy as her recreational drug of choice. She explores everyday topics from her no-nonsense New Jersey perspective, delivered with an oddly compelling transatlantic accent.
Ellie Connor: Ellie Connor is a stand up comedian from the UK. Her speciality is having embarrassing things happen to her that she then tells on stage with no shame.
And your Comedy Mother for the evening is critically acclaimed, award nominated performance artist and comic, retired Porn Star and single mum Meera Cade.

3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
