TADIWA MAHLUNGE
Tadiwa Mahlunge is one of London comedy's
most exciting new acts, already scoring a multitude of awards including
winning London and Manchester King Gong in 2018 and 2020, Semifinalist
of Amused Moose New Comedian of the Year in 2019 and 2020, winning The
Blackout at Up The Creek 2020 and most recently winning Beat The Frog at
The Frog and Bucket in February.
Not bad, after being
told that he wasn't allowed to join the Comedy Society at Lancaster
University because he 'did not represent the values of the society'.
Tadiwa has recently appeared on BBC 2's Funny Festival Live
JAY HANDLEY
Jay
Handley used to make beautiful sculpted oak furniture before fucking it
all off to become a comedian instead. A decision that has been
financially catastrophic.
That said he does get
to perform all over the country at some of its very best venues. These
include The Glee Club, Jongleurs, The Stand, The Comedy Store & Baby
Blue.
Clearly, what he has lost financially he has gained artistically.
He
has also twice been a finalist/bridesmaid in the Birmingham New Act of
the Year Awards as well as appearing in the semi-finals of the LOADED
Laftas and the Final of the Levity Festival Act of the Year.
MATT ROUSE
Matt Rouse was a semi-finalist in SYTYF 2019 and since then has gone on to perform at many of the top comedy clubs in London and across the UK. ‘A hilarious alternative take on observation comedy’
A
regular at City Comedy Club and there is a good reason, his smart
comedy and energy gets the audience focused and all in on the night.
Touring on many of the UK's best comedy clubs, Matt Rouse is a must

when doors open, to make sure the show starts on time and you get your
drinks.
