WILL MARS
Will Mars is a brilliantly self-deprecating stand-up that has joined us at City Comedy Club London. He's a supercharged combination of old-school joke telling and modern, autobiographical wit. ★★★★
“A remarkable talent … A comic tour de force.” EdFringe Review ★★★★
“He
does not short change his audience.” Three Weeks ‘Top 10 Funniest Jokes
of the Edinburgh Fringe’ DAVE TV ‘Top 50 Best One-Liners from the
Edinburgh Fringe’ Scotsman Performing between New York and London for
the past few years, this English Comedian of The Year Finalist, has
earned notoriety from his peers and audiences alike.
He
made his TV debut on FOX’s Showtime at The Apollo and soon followed
that up with a finalist winning run on Season 8 of NBC Comcast’s
knockout television show, Trial By Laughter.

“He’s a joy to experience.” Mumble Comedy
NICOLE HARRIS
Nicole Harris is another award winning comedian to have appeared at our London comedy club. Nicole Harris specialises in a unique blend of improv and written material, creating a show you won't want to miss.
She
is like the Kinder Egg of comedians. You don't know quite what you'll
get but it will definitely be a great surprise! Nicole was the first
woman to win Jewish Comedian of the Year in 2016 and has since gone on
to be a finalist in the New Act of The Year in 2019 performing at the
Hackney Empire.
In the same year Nicole was selected to
host the prestigious AAA Stand Up Late Show at the Gilded Balloon for
the Edinburgh Fringe and is making a name for herself as 'one to watch'
on the comedy circuit.
"Taking Laughter to the Next Level" (Jewish Chronicle)
'Works a room like no other" (Fulham Comedy Club)
"Can't explain the amazing energy Nicole creates in a room...needs to be seen" (Chuckl Comedy)
JACK HESTER
Stand-up comedian and community pharmacist Jack is one of many acts to have appeared at our London comedy club.
When
Jack was growing up all he wanted was to be an Taoiseach (Prime
Minister of Ireland). Politics was discussed at every family meal and
his Father was in local politics for nearly 20 years before getting
elected to Dáil Éireann (Irish Parliament) in 2002 where he served until
2011.
Jack concludes as an adult that there was enough jokers in politics and so decided to try become a comedian instead.
Jack
loves the romantic idea of being a moral booster , traveling around the
world telling jokes and stories to lift people’s spirits. In
traditional Gaelic culture , the Seanchai (Storyteller) is the most
revered member of the community. Jack thinks being a stand up is a
little like being a Seanchai.
Jacks favourite comedian
is Tommy Tiernan and Jack probably would not be doing stand up if it
wasn’t for Tommy. Tommy went to a similar school to Jack. Jacks old
school always play against Tommy’s old school in Gaelic football. Jack
thought if someone like Tommy from a similar background to him can do
stand up and be good at it , then maybe he can as well.
JOSEPH PARSONS
Joseph Parsons is a stand up, writer and presenter based in London.
Originally
from Weston-super-Mare, Joseph Parsons moved to London for his dream to
pursue comedy. With his high energy delivery, natural comic ability and
overall friendly vibe, Parsons is an up and coming comedian touring the
pro circuit across the country.
With his joy of
oversharing and unique take LGBTQ+ issues, he is fast becoming one of
the most exciting comedians on the circuit.
Great value. Great night out.
