Tables will be allocated for your group on a first come first serve basis for 6 people maximum.

Social distancing guidelines and hygiene:
1) Please do not attend if you have a cough, cold, temperature or feel unwell.
2) All events are at a smaller, limited capacity and advance ticket only.
3) Signs will remind guests and staff of our safer hygiene policy.
4) On arrival please use the anti bacterial gel, which will be provided in hygiene stations around the site.
5) Please use the anti bacterial gel regularly throughout the day.
6) Contactless payments are preferred, so please bring a debit / credit card with you.
7) Groups must be no larger than 6. Customers should remain within their group at their table

9) Please wear your mask when you leave your table to go to the toilet or the smoking area.

1. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight (WFL Media Ltd) and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
10. The venue may operate a No Smoking Policy.
11. The promoter, venue management and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property.
12. The event listed on the purchased ticket is strictly for ticket holders who are over 18 years of age. Identification may be required.

    Do not waste your time here! Booked this just after Borris announced outdoor pubs and bars could open and was so excited. Turned up, tickets were never checked so anyone could walk in. Was then asked to wait and 'see if they had a spare table' even though we had booked months in advance, and to make this worse, when we was placed on a table it was with another group of people, with a dirty table and no social distancing measures followed! Then decided we would get food so tried to order via the app, turns out they had no food left when apart from haluimi fries, when the girl on our table ordered the haiumi fries she paid £5 to get 4 chips on her plate! A picture cocktail which would usually cost are £12 in weatherspoons cost us £32 (I was prepared to pay more given we was in London however that amount of money is a joke!). I could go on about how the games were not managed and there was no one wearing masks and no social distancing at all, but the last straw for me was my friend standing up at our table doing nothing wrong for a member of staff to rudely come over and ask 'do you want to be kicked out? then sit down then'. Do NOT waste your money on this event! I can honestly say I will never be returning!
