Join the chefs of LKD (London Kitchen Deliveries) as they take you through brilliant cook along lesson, where you'll end up with a delicious spread of Mexican-inspired food and a brand new cocktail recipe.
Ingredient boxes are delivered nationwide (UK mainland) on Friday 19th March, with written instructions and recipes to recreate the dishes in the future. You will then be sent a link to the cook along, which you can enjoy at any point over the Friday evening and weekend.
Standard tickets feed two hungry people and include a cocktail for one, Double tickets also feed two but include an additional cocktail kit.
WHAT'S INCLUDED?
The menu for the cook along is as follows:
LKD Smoky Margarita - Shake your own cocktail kit w/ mezcal, Licor 43, lime juice & sugar syrup Su.
Baja shrimp taco w/ spicy mayo, coriander, lime & pickled red cabbage G.E.Mu.Su.C.
Chipotle chicken taco w/ pan roasted sweetcorn, avocado & tomato salsa G.Su.
Roasted sweet potato w/ feta, green chilli aioli, spring onion & toasted pumpkin seeds M.E.Mu.
Dark chocolate & dulce de leche pot M.
NOTE. If you need an alcohol free cocktail kit or vegetarian box, please let us know in the notes. The cook along is pre-recorded and will show techniques for the dishes above, but their are some simple swap outs that make a vegetarian menu still work well. ------------------------------------------------------

LKD - Delicious Food Delivered, is an enterprise set up by two London based chefs as a direct response to the Covid lock down. We have pivoted our business to offer weekly set menus delivered across the UK as well as experiences such as cook alongs.
T&Cs
1. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight (WFL Media Ltd) and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
2. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded any later than 7 days before the event.
6. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
7. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
8. The event listed on the purchased ticket is strictly for ticket holders who are over 18 years of age. Identification may be required on delivery.
