“Ivan Beats The Gong” together with “Sweheat Sauna” invites you to a special sauna evening in London.
The ritual will be guided by sauna master Silvija, who is a herbalist and founder of Birch House Rituals. She carries Lithuanian plant and sauna traditions, inviting people to reconnect with nature and themselves.
The ritual is going to take participants on a four-stage journey: starting with a gentle introduction to the heat, followed by salt therapy and whisking, then a refreshing shower of sparkling mineral water, and finally a calming mask to close the evening.
It’s an experience where heat, aromas, and natural elements come together to open up a whole new dimension of the sauna.

Round 1 – Gentle introduction to heat
The evening begins softly: mild temperature, deep breathing, essential oils, and the cooling flow of fans help the body settle. A sip of mineral water refreshes from within as the body gets acquainted with the warmth.
Round 2 – Salt therapy
Salt particles spread through the sauna – breathing becomes clearer, the skin softer, and circulation more active. A magnesium salt massage on the skin revitalizes, while mineral water helps restore balance.
Round 3 – Whisking and a refreshing full-body experience
The heat intensifies. Whisks and compresses embrace the whole body, while slowly poured sparkling mineral water over the head creates a light tingling sensation and a refreshing release.
Round 4 – Farewell to the heat
A short and concentrated finale. A nourishing face mask made of honey, oil, and mineral water soothes the skin. The ritual closes with one last pour of mineral water and a calm return to presence.

4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
