Looking to learn a new skill, whilst having fun too? Join us on Sunday 9th June when Sip & Sew will be at The Gipsy Hill Tap Room to teach you the joys of embroidery over a drink or two!
You'll be supplied with all the materials to create your beautiful 'Disco Queen' embroidery with access to the bar to relax while you do it! all you need to bring is your imagination!
Workshop includes:
- 2 hours of relaxed embroidery tuition including starting your embroidery, different stitches and embellishment techniques, blending threads and finishing your embroidery
- All materials including embroidery hoop, printed 'flower garland' pattern on cotton, choice of threads, beads and sequins
- ‘How To’ stitch guide.
- A 'party bag' for materials and your very own embroidery to take home and keep!
Drinks not included - available at the bar
All abilities welcome including beginners - all patterns are designed for every level of stitching experience!

Hello!
I'm Katy, a professional embroiderer with a passion for spreading the joys of embroidery far and wide! I am also a firm believer that craft should be accessible to everyone and that everyone has the capability to become a skilled crafter. My classes are relaxed and informal and my only requirement for you to bring on the day is your imagination.
I provide the tools for you to create your very own embroidery - - including hoop, fabric, pre-drawn design of your choice, threads, beads, sequins and embellishment so you can sit back and relax in the comfort of a beautiful pub and let the creating begin!

6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
