R&B Distillers was recently started by Alasdair Day, who's grandfather was a grocer and whisky blender over 100 years ago.
Whey Alasdair found his grandfather's old ledger, with blending recipes in the back, he decided to recreate his whiskies. He has recently quit his job and decided to open his own distillery on the Isle of Raasay and another in the Borders.
During this session, you will try 5 x whiskies that make up their blended Borders whisky and single malt Raasy.
You will also get to make up and try the whisky that makes up Ali's grandfather's famous Tweeddale blend.
