The instructor and his wife were very pleasant and knowledgable! I left knowing how to make sushi which was the goal. The only issue was it being difficult to hear him with the way the class tables/seats were set up and there being loud music playing in the outside of the class. I also didn't like that we had to share ingredients with strangers. I know the lesson was inexpensive, but I would be willing to pay a little more in order to recieve my own practice ingredients. Or give people gloves to use if they're going to be touching each others rice, fish and vegetables. Naomi visited Pop Brixton on 05 Apr 2016
