Richard is a zen master in éclair making. I loved this course: took home lots of knowledge, more confidence and some piping skills - not forgetting nearly 30 eclairs for very happy family and work mates! The delicious supper and wine provided after the class were much appreciated after the mixing arm workout! Thoroughly recommend this
