Join KK founder Emma Sayle and British journalist and author Stephanie Theobald who just launched her new book Sex Drive as they host an all-female panel with some of the world's leading women in the sextech and AI (artificial intelligence) world. Professor Kate Devlin, Sarah Porter and one of the UK’s most high profile TV psychologists  Emma Kenny.

We live in a digital age where in less than 100 years our whole world and how it operates will become controlled by a digital world. Yet, it always has been and always will be controlled by sex too. From prostitution being the oldest profession to porn being the most searched subject online, our desires and sexual needs have always been and will always be at the forefront of our minds. Where does this fit with the digital world and the future of sex? Should we be worried or will our old school animal sexual instincts triumph over any sex robots/sexual A.I or any other sextech on the horizon?

Please join us for what will definitely be an intelligent, controversial and lively discussion.

Arrive at Tramp for 7pm for a fizz reception

The talk will begin 7.30pm

About The Panel:

Stephanie Theobald is a novelist, journalist and broadcaster known for her playful and thoughtful work around sexuality and alternative feminism. The former society editor of Harper’s Bazaar is the author of four novels and writes regularly for the Guardian, the Sunday Times and Elle. Her new book, Sex Drive: On The Road To A Pleasure Revolution explores female sexuality in an honest way and has been described as “frank and funny” by the Times of London and “Eat Pray Love meets Thelma and Louise” by the Observer. Oscar-winning actress and writer Emma Thompson has urged the curious to “read it and quiver!"

Emma Kenny is one of the UK’s leading TV psychologists, appearing weekly on national shows including The Morning, Good Morning Britain and the BBC News. She is also a presenter, writer and expert commentator in the media and press. Her weekly page and ‘On The Couch’ therapy sessions can be found in Closer magazine

Kate Devlin is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Computing at Goldsmiths University of London. She works in the fields of Human Computer Interaction (HCI) and AI, investigating how people interact and react to technology to understand how emerging and future technologies will affect us and the society in which we live. Two years ago, Kate began to explore the ways in which sex, gender and sexuality might be incorporated into cognitive systems such as sexual companion robots; having assembled a research team of leading academics to work on this topic, she has become a driving force in the field of artificial sexuality. In short, Kate has become the face of sex robots.

Emma Sayle is one of the UK’s leading ‘sex-entrepreneurs’. She made her name launching the elite global adult-party brand Killing Kittens in 2005, she has gone on to become a leading spokesperson for the female-first movement. Her passion for female empowerment is the driving force behind the KK Group, which inspires women to make connections socially, sexually, romantically and professionally, through experiences created both online and offline.
