Feast & Flow is taking on the evening with a Friday night packed full of hip-hop yoga, organic wine and two courses of delicious food.
The usual yoga brunch collaboration between Wilde Yoga and MIMOD's Kitchen is doing something a little differently and taking on the night in celebration of the longest day of the year. Sarah will be guiding your 60 minute yoga class set to hip-hop tunes in true Friday night style, so you can embrace your inner Snoop-Downward-Dogg or experience Straight Outta Savassanah.
Then MIMOD's Kitchen will take over proceedings once again for a plant-based, gluten free summer supper - think savoury granola bars topped with creamy avocado smash and mini poke bowls to start followed by Chick ‘n’ Waffles; oat flour waffles with crispy fried tofu, pickled pineapple and whipped coconut yoghurt. What’s more each course will be served with a bio-dynamic organic wine. Perfection.
Whether you’re a dedicated yogi, a self-confessed food lover, avid hip-hop fan or just want to treat yourself to some semi-virtuous Friday night, Feast & Flow is ready and waiting.

5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.

7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
