This course is an exploration into making delicious en vogue healthy meals from salad ingredients, whilst adding a few twists and turns to the plate. In this course we “pimp” up the salad creating 8 amazing nutritious salads combining an array of seasonal ingredients including fruit, veg, meat & fish, alongside a range of dressings, emulsions and sauces.
- With health and nutrition on everybody’s minds this course is an exploration into making delicious healthy meals from salad ingredients and adding a few twists and turns to the plate.
- Its very easy to think salads are boring! with this course we “pimp” up the salad creating 8 amazing healthy and nutritious. The salads will consist of vegetarian / meat / fish and fruit
- Explore a range of delicious dressings, emulsions and sauces to enhance your salad
- Learn how best to garnish the salad for a textural difference.
Under the direction of our talented development chefs, you can experiment and taste to discover the many possibilities with modern cooking. Each class is geared with top of the range equipment, high-quality produce and refreshments for your enjoyment, in a central London location. Classes are limited to 8 people, providing an intimate learning environment with personalised instruction, take home recipes and exclusive offers on products in our retail branch.
The Toolshed @W2 culinary training facility is now open, offering modern cooking classes in our brand-new kitchen in Connaught Village by Hyde Park. Catered towards the urban foodie, our classes combine modern and traditional culinary techniques in a relaxed atmosphere, with food being served throughout the classes, LEARN AND EAT!

4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
10. The venue may operate a No Smoking Policy.
