"One singing bowl is a treasure.
A set of bowls that sing together is a miracle."
There is a millennia long tradition of hand-made singing bowls in Nepal. It was used from eating food, storing water and to prepare food amongst many. When needed, these bowls were also used as a vibrational equipment to lessen pain, improve sleep, reduce anger and depression, improve blood pressure, improve respiratory rate and for general well-being.
From a live sound experience to the uses and applications of authentic Nepalese singing bowls, this workshop will leave you relaxed, entertained and educated about sound healing.
Using the traditional chakras system, you will learn and practise sound meditation while seated comfortably, simply listening to the sound. You will also get to explore the extraordinary effects of singing bowls on your body, your mind, your ears and your voice.
