Venue Rules and Regulations: Tickets are issued subject to all applicable rules, regulations, and policies of the venue, including those pertaining to health and safety, admission, and conduct. Ticket holders are responsible for familiarising themselves with these requirements.

Ticket Accuracy: Please verify your tickets upon receipt, as errors cannot always be rectified. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to ensure all ticket information is correct at the time of purchase.

Event Cancellations or Rescheduling: Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, organiser, performer, or venue due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of cancellation, the ticket holder should contact the organiser for information regarding refund procedures, if any. For rescheduled events, the ticket holder is responsible for confirming the new date and time and understanding any refund limitations set by the organiser or venue. No liability will be accepted by the organiser for any associated costs or losses resulting from changes in scheduling.

Right of Refusal and Admission: The venue and organiser reserve the right to refuse admission to any ticket holder without liability for any reason, including but not limited to conduct that could disrupt the event, non-compliance with venue rules, and presenting a safety risk to other attendees.

Single Use and Non-Transferability: This ticket grants admission to one individual only and is strictly non-transferable. The unauthorised transfer, resale, or reproduction of this ticket is prohibited and may result in denial of entry without refund.

Refund and Exchange Policy: Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless the event is cancelled. In such cases, only the face value of the ticket may be refunded, subject to the organiser’s policies and procedures. The organiser will not be liable for any incidental or consequential costs associated with the ticket holder’s attendance at the event.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the organiser, venue, and all affiliated parties are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to personal injury, loss of income, or travel expenses resulting from or in connection with the event.

Alterations to Event: The organiser reserves the right to make modifications to the event, including but not limited to changes in the programme, schedule, or featured guests, without prior notice. No refunds will be issued for minor alterations.

Code of Conduct: All ticket holders are expected to maintain respectful and considerate behaviour toward other attendees, staff, and the event environment. Failure to do so may result in immediate removal from the event premises without refund.

Photography and Recording: The event may be recorded or photographed for promotional purposes. By attending, the ticket holder consents to being filmed or photographed and grants the organiser and its affiliates the right to use any such media for marketing and promotional activities without compensation.

Personal Belongings: The organiser and venue are not responsible for any personal items or belongings lost, damaged, or stolen on the premises. All personal items are the responsibility of the ticket holder.

Compliance with Law: The ticket holder agrees to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations while attending the event. Failure to adhere to such requirements may result in removal from the event and potential legal action.
