You are invited to an afternoon of relaxation with beautiful sound healing and energy channelling.

Join Kate & Gemma for a deeply nourishing journey through Pancha Kosha (the five bodies). We will be exploring each dimension of being, moving from gross to subtle - from the Annamaya Kosha (the physical body) inwards towards Anandamaya Kosha (the soul body).

Kate and Gemma will offer insights into the philosophy and healing practices of Nidra and Sound before beginning with some gentle and mellow movement to unravel any tensions in the body and mind. After connecting mind and body you will be guided into a sublime and effortless Yoga Nidra Sound Bath.

YOGA NIDRA

Kate will be sharing a nurturing and guided Yoga Nidra to induce a deep meditative state between sleep and wakefulness. Nidra or ‘Yogic sleep’, derived from the Tantra's is considered by many to be the meditative heart of yoga. It is a potent form of self-inquiry and a blissful practice of surrender. The transformative practice is an invitation to rest, receive insight and to listen in to the soul-voice. Nidra offers a space to reconnect with your intuitive knowing and unite with Swabhava, your essential nature and creative source.

SOUND BATH

Gemma seamlessly weaves sound into the guided Nidra meditation with the vibrational healing hums of her crystal bowls, gongs and more, tuning the offering to nourish every dimension of being. The guided meditation coupled with sonic healing will invite you to surrender into a deep parasympathetic relaxation, where body, mind and soul can heal optimally before being guided gently back to the present space.
