This very special evening will offer a wonderful way to capture the spirit of Christmas with a selection of carols, music and readings hosted by Dame Esther Rantzen and a host of The Silver Line's celebrity friends, including Imelda Staunton, Jim Carter, Miriam Margolyes, Jo Good, Shaun Dooley, Adrian Mills and Carly Paoli.

Venue Accessibility 

Due to the nature of this beautiful venue, unfortunately some seating may have severely restricted views, and not all seating in the Church is suitable for guests with accessibility requirements. All seating on the ground floor is within pews. There is no disabled access to the gallery and upper gallery as they are only serviced by a staircase. Seating in the gallery is within pews or on benches.

Design My Night's Terms and Conditions

1. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight (WFL Media Ltd) and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
10. The venue may operate a No Smoking Policy.
11. The promoter, venue management and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property.

The Silver Line's Terms & Conditions

1. Bookings may be made through The Silver Line’s appointed booking and fulfilment agent.
2. The Silver Line shall have no responsibility for any ticket that is lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed. No duplicate tickets will be issued.
3. You may not resell tickets or deal with tickets in any way for example by using them as part of any advertising, competition or promotion.
4. Due to the structure or layout of the Venue views or accessibility may be restricted or obstructed.
5. Please notify The Silver Line through its appointed booking and fulfilment agent of any access requirements prior to booking, for example if you require wheelchair or mobility scooter access.
6. Tickets cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded unless the Event has been cancelled or abandoned under the circumstances described in events beyond The Silver Line’s control. Any refund will be limited to the face value of the ticket.
7. Refunds shall only be made to the person who paid for the ticket and where possible using the same payment method as used for purchase.
8. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these Terms and Conditions.
9. The Silver Line may amend or alter the published details and programme of the Event.
10. The Silver Line cannot guarantee the appearance of any named artist, host, performer or contributor whose appearances are subject to availability and any other professional commitments.
11. Ticket holders consent to being included in any filming and/or recording and any subsequent use or exploitation of any recording of the Event for no fee.
12. Recording, broadcasting, streaming or transmitting (by digital or any other means or media) any audio, visual or audio-visual material or any information or data of the Event or the Venue is not permitted unless The Silver Line has given its prior written permission.
13. A valid ticket must be produced and presented to enter the Venue and attend the Event.
14. Ticket holders acknowledge, agree and will respect the fact that the Venue is a place of worship and will behave accordingly and appropriately at all times.
15. Unsuitable or dangerous items must not be brought into the Venue, the Venue management staff may conduct security searches to ensure safety of Ticket holders, any inappropriate items may be confiscated.
16. Ticket holders are being referred to the Venue’s regulations and policies including its security policy which prevents any Ticket holder from bringing any bag, rucksack or suitcase into the Venue which would be larger than airline hand baggage (56cm x 45cm x 25cm, including handles, wheels and pockets). Admission may be refused to the Ticket holders who carry prohibited, restricted or too large items as described in accordance with the Venue’s policies.
17. A Ticket holder may be ejected from the Venue if they fail to comply with reasonable requests or instructions of The Silver Line or Venue management staff.
18. The Silver Line shall not be obliged to provide a refund to ticket holders who are refused entry or are ejected.
19. All under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.
20. Babes in arms do not require tickets. The Event is not recommended for children under 3 years of age.
21. Ticket holders may only leave and re-enter the Venue during the Event at the discretion of the staff, stewards and agents of The Silver Line and the Venue.
22. Ticket holders arriving late after the start time may not be admitted and we cannot guarantee a seat for late arrivals.
23. The Silver Line may cancel or abandon the Event due to the occurrence of any events or circumstances that arise that are beyond The Silver Line’s reasonable control. Such events are so called ‘force majeure’ events such as Royal, or State occasion, and include acts of God such as severe climatic or weather conditions, fire, disease, war, accidents, acts of public enemies and terrorists, strikes, embargoes, local disputes and civil commotions, power failure, failure of equipment.
24. Whilst The Silver Line will use its reasonable endeavours to mitigate the effects of any of the events described, The Silver Line may at its discretion re-schedule or cancel the Event.
25. The Silver Line’s liability to You for and in connection with the Event shall be solely limited to the ticket price paid by You and where applicable to the ticket booking fee (if any).
26. Unless otherwise allowed and provided for under applicable law, neither The Silver Line nor the Venue will be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to any person or property.
27. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions seeks to exclude or limit The Silver Line’s or the Venue’s liability for death or personal injury caused by The Silver Line’s or the Venue’s negligence, or for any other type of liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
28. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these Terms and Conditions.
29. The Silver Line is committed to putting You in control of your data so You are free to change your marketing preferences (including to tell The Silver Line that You don’t want to be contacted for marketing purposes) at any time using: info@thesilverline.org.uk, or by telephone: 020 7224 2020, or post: The Silver Line, Trade Tower, Calico Row, London SW11 3YH.
30. The Silver Line will not use your personal information for marketing purposes if You have indicated that You do not wish to be contacted and will retain your details on a suppression list to help ensure that it does not continue to contact You. However, The Silver Line may still need to contact You for administrative purposes like where it is processing a donation or thanking You for your participation in an event.
31. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English law and are subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
