Welcome to an evening of soul-sharing, featuring exciting ice-breaker games, open mic sets and ‘show and tell’ segments showcasing diverse creative talents. Settle down and be entertained by performances from our amazing headliner lineup interspacing our ‘show and tell’ segments and end the night with an inspiring delivery from our special guest, as each month, we will be joined by another visionary speaker.

Time: 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm
Welcome / Arrival: 7:00 pm
‘Show and Tell’ sign up: 7:00 pm - 7:30 pm
Opening Ice Breaker Games: 7:30 pm
‘Show and Tell’: 8:10 pm
For creatives interested in showing their work or performing, there are 8 slots with a max of 5 minutes each for the ‘Show and Tell’ segments available on an early sign-up basis. This is because some people may need to send in files for their presentation/performances that we will need to include in our audio/visual set-up before the event is in full swing, to allow the night to flow to schedule. Sign-up will begin once the event starts at 7:00 pm and will continue until 7:30 pm. To sign up you will receive a sheet to write your ‘Stage Name’ and a place where people can find you or your work, e.g. a social media handle or website.
The flow of the night:
Once you enter the space at 7:00 pm, you are greeted by a cosy cafe with beautiful music and are immediately welcomed by the BMT family. The evening will start with friendly introductions, grabbing a little drink and getting to know each other as we allow time for anyone who would like to sign up for the ‘Show and Tell’ segment to do so. By 7:30 pm you’ll head down to the BMT Culture Hub, where our soulful playlist will welcome you to the setting for the main event… Once everyone is seated and settled in our host will kick the night off, with a little introduction to the event followed by a fun ice-breaker games session to get everyone ready for the night. The night will continue with headlining acts interspacing our ‘Show and Tell’ and open mic sets and close with a sensational interview with our guest speaker of the month, award-winning Edutainer Peaches @peachespresents

1. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight WFL Media Ltd and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
10. The venue may operate a No Smoking Policy.
11. The promoter, venue management and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property.
12. The event listed on the purchased ticket is strictly for ticket holders who are over 18 years of age. Identification may be required.
