1. This ticket entitles the ticket holder to REGGAETON BRUNCH - BIRTHDAY PACKAGE. Package includes 1 Free Reggaeton Brunch Ticket. 1hour of bottomless tequila sunrise (between 12pm-1pm), 3 course authentic latino meal, Birthday cake, Bottle of bubbly, tray of shots per person in party (max 10), 20% Discounted promotional code for guests in the same party. 2. Once this ticket has been purchased EMAIL hello@reggaetonbrunch.com TO RECEIVE YOUR PROMOTIONAL CODE. 3. This ticket counts as 1 entry into the Reggaeton Brunch Event 4. Entertainment, menu, venue and the timings may be subject to change. 5. All guests/members of your party must enter your full name as the lead name when prompted in the check out process. This ticket will ONLY be refundable should there be a minimum of 10 guests that have entered your lead name. 6. This ticket will NOT be refunded should there be under 10 guests, that have entered this ticket holders full name as the lead name on their ticket. 7. Seating/table allocation may be on a sharing basis. Large groups may be across several tables. 8. This offer is valid for design my night customers only. If members of your party have purchased through other platforms we will not be able refund this ticket. 9. Lead names cannot be added retrospectively. 10. Refunds will be processed the Tuesday after the event. 11. On arrival to the club bring your E-mail confirmation, the card used to purchase the tickets and a GOV-approved ID. Your information will be checked off by the door host for entrance. 12. The ticket holder must adhere to the venue’s entrance guidelines (age restriction etc.) 13. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in refusal of admission. 14. Refunds will not be issued if the ticket holder is refused admission for failure to adhere to the venue’s entrance guidelines. 15. Purchasing this ticket, you are giving permission for photos and videos being taken on the day, which may be used for promotional purposes

GENERAL ADMISSION T&Cs:
1. Bottomless cocktails from midday – 1 pm and 3 course authentic latino meal. This offer is valid between these times only. There are no refunds for ticket holders if they miss these times. 2. Drinks & food will only be available during the times specified. If you miss your seating or arrive after any course has been served, chefs will not be able to accommodate any late comers. 3. This ticket entitles the ticket holder to a single entrance before 4 pm. 4. It is advised to arrive early to avoid queuing times. 5. Entertainment, menu, venue and the timings may be subject to change. 6. Seating/table allocation may be on a sharing basis. Large groups may be across several tables. 7. Dress code is casual. 8. On arrival to the venue, please bring your e-mail confirmation, the card used to purchase the tickets and ID (passport, driving license or any GOV-approved ID) as this is an 18+ only event. Once you reach the front of the queue, your information will be checked off by the door host for entrance. 9. The ticket holder must adhere to the venue’s entrance guidelines (age restriction, dress code, intoxication, etc.). Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in refusal of admission, this is at the door staff & security team’s discretion. 10. Refunds will not be issued if the ticket holder is refused admission for failure to adhere to the venues entrance guidelines. Refunds will only be issued should the event be cancelled. 11. The ticket holder is responsible for informing us of any specific dietary requirements or allergies. We, therefore, accept no responsibility for any and all allergic reactions howsoever caused 12.
