The Boat:
Step aboard the stunning elegant all-glass boat. With a maximum capacity of 210 guests, the experience is designed for an intimate yet lively atmosphere. Seating is arranged at shared tables, creating the perfect setting for an immersive murder mystery while celebrating the arrival of the New Year. The spacious vessel offers panoramic views of the River Thames and its iconic landmarks. As midnight approaches, enjoy London’s spectacular fireworks* display from the comfort of the all-glass interior.

We do not guarantee views of any fireworks during the cruise. The fireworks are organized by a third party and the display itself is outside of our control. No refunds will be offered should the fireworks display be cancelled or visibility impacted due to weather, industrial action, or any other circumstance beyond our control.

Our New Year’s Eve Cruises run to a very strict timetable and
unfortunately we cannot wait for any late arrivals.
It is your responsibility to arrive at the pier in plenty of time
for boarding, the streets and public transport will be extremely
busy and densely populated. We would advise that you allow extra
time for your journey and that you check the Transport For London
Website for all travel information, tube, train and road
closures.
Please be advised that once the boat departs, it cannot return to
the pier to collect passengers, and refunds will not be offered in
such circumstances.

You will receive your Order Confirmation via email straight after booking.
A second “Boarding Instructions” email will be sent a few weeks prior to the cruise which will contain specific details, boarding instructions and important travel documents:

Cancellation Policy
No cancellations. All tickets are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to substitute another Boat and, if necessary, for reasons beyond our reasonable control, to cancel or amend the booking in any way, but we will not in such circumstances be liable for any loss, damages or other expenses whatsoever incurred by you due to such substitution, or cancellation or amendment.
Fireworks - we do not guarantee views
We do not guarantee views of any fireworks during the cruise.
The fireworks are organized by a third party and the display itself is outside of our control.
As long as the fireworks display goes ahead, then we will moor in the middle of the River near Westminster or Hungerford Bridge to view the fireworks at midnight.
No refunds will be offered should the fireworks display be cancelled or visibility impacted due to weather, industrial action, or any other circumstance beyond our control.

Dining is arranged at shared tables. While we make every effort to seat parties together, please note that exclusive/private tables are not available on this cruise.

Age Policy:
This event is designed for adults (18+). However, we may allow guests aged 14–17 to attend by prior approval from our office. Please contact us before booking if you wish to bring guests under 18.
Inclement Weather
The Thames New Year’s Eve Cruises operate regardless of the weather unless in conditions of poor visibility. The Captain will make the decision on the day if the cruise will not operate. You will be informed of your options on the day if this affects you. Our vessels are closed in so you will not be affected by wind, snow or rain.
Photography and Filming Disclaimer
Please note that photography and filming may take place during your cruise for promotional and marketing purposes. By attending, you consent to your image being used in our marketing materials, including social media, website, and other promotional platforms. If you have any concerns, please notify a member of staff before or during the event.
Complaints Procedure
We always strive to deliver the highest standards of service and want every guest to enjoy their experience. If you have any concerns during your cruise, please bring them to the attention of the onboard manager immediately so that they have the opportunity to resolve the issue at the time.
Any formal complaint must then also be submitted in writing to us within 7 working days of the cruise. Please include your booking details and a clear description of your concern.
We regret that we cannot accept liability for complaints that are not raised during the cruise or not submitted within the timeframe above, as this prevents us and our operators from properly investigating and addressing the matter.
