The boat was very nice, the music was very nice, the group of people were all very nice. Was a great experience to see the fireworks peacefully from the boat. What was disappointing was that the boat was not at a correct angle to the London Eye and as such we did not get a great view. Also the fact that we had seen when booking that there was supposed to be dinner on the boat, which probably later was changed to the after party. That was disappointing. With my girlfriend I went to London from abroad only to see the most exciting thing in my life -the worldwide famous fireworks. And what I got for over 300 pounds was one of the worst. Everything on this boat was terrible and just not worth the money. We haven't feel any glamour theme (as they asked us to wear) and nye atmosphere. The view on fireworks was terrible (and that was the reason why I spent 315 pounds!!!), the music, the boat, the bar, toilets all were terrible. If you think about that idea - don't do it. :( Marcin visited Greenwich Pier on 17 Dec 2016

Overall I really enjoyed this experience the dj played a mixture of every type of music a bit for everyone as stated before buying tickets as for the view we where extremely close to the eye and saw all fireworks which I guarantee u would not have been that close on foot unless u had qued in freezing cold from the the morning judging by the que which went the full stretch of the Thames, drinks reasonable price for London , bar accessible without having to que for hours , option to go inside or out and on bottom floor with dj or above , time to get on the boat if u had got there at 7.45 as stated when buying tickets there was no que and we where let in boat at 8 as said, for the people that turned up late then que is as expected on nye in middle of London , 5 hours on boat was really good , afterparty could have been closer, price was good for the experience as some clubs where charging the same just to walk through the door like u can any weekend . Really poor. Late departing, poor new year build up. Worst was being on boat furthest away from Eye. Did not feel we were part of action at all. Poor views. Very expensive for v little. Michael visited Greenwich Pier on 11 Dec 2016

For my first time seeing the fireworks in London I thought what a great way to see them by boat. Not quite what I expected! started off with a massive queue to get on the boat due to security being late (even though we were told to turn up early to avoid missing the boat - we moved off 45 minutes late!!) hardly any seats so spent all night standing! And as for the view of the fireworks well you would think as in the title 'NYE Views Fireworks' you would have a great view - NO!!! Very disappointing view, could just about see the side of the London Eye! I don't know if there is a pecking order for boats but feel if we hadn't have been 45 minutes late might have been further round for a better view!! Certainly not worth the £110 each for our party of 4!!!! Audra visited Greenwich Pier on 04 Dec 2016

This trip seemed a nice idea. How ever was not worth what I paid for it. Although the music was very good, and the dj played to the crowds liking, music should have been played through out all three decks of the boat, this would have dispersed people more evenly throughout the boat causing less congestion in the stair wells and on the dance floor. There was also no count down which I feel would have improved the atmosphere of the event. We were all just stood outside untill the fire works went off. Although the view was amazing, again this could have been improved with a count down to the new year in colabaration with the fireworks. Lastly I'm not sure why the after party was held in shorditch. It was around a 40 minute journey from greenwhich peir. Although again the after party venue was good, we felt at the end of the night we may have enjoyed it more if we had gone straight to SiNK. It didn't make much sense to have the after party so far from the venue. These issues could have been easily resolved and may not have been such an issue if I had not paid 130£ Per person for the event, if it was cheaper these this could have been overlooked. However for the price it should have been more organised and convieniant. Alice_lloyd visited Greenwich Pier on 14 Dec 2016

Overall it was very DISAPPOINTING! Not worth my £110. Here are the reasons why: 1. The queue on the way to the boat was so long I almost died of hypothermia! 2. They didn't even put efforts in putting up decorations. It was supposed to be glamorous as what they have asked us to dress. The place looks boring! 3. We were supposed to get a glass of champagne but they just gave us Proseco. 4. The DJ was playing the most boring songs ever! There are times that we can hardly hear any music because the volume was so low. 5. The view of the fireworks was awful!!! :( One of the reasons why I purchased this ticked is because they promised a fantastic view of the fireworks but they didn't deliver. The organiser of this event should be ashamed. Not the best. :(

Really enjoyed the boat party, good music, reasonably priced drinks and not too overcrowded, the view of the fireworks left something to be desired. The after party was very disappointing! We paid for a table package and were greeted by rude staff, had to wait to even be shown to our "table" which was literally a coffee table next to a bench, definitely not worth £350, the club itself was busy, hot, smelly, and overall disappointing, a vast contrast to the boat party.

The music was awful and the toilets were not sufficient for the number of people. Also, the queue for the event was unacceptably long. I suggest that the wristbands are given to the passengers while they are waiting in the line, otherwise they hold up the security checks - which was the case.
