Make your Valentines 2022 an occasion to remember and join us for a luxury boat party. Whether you are single, taken or lie curiously in between, this is the ideal excuse to drown your single sorrows amongst friends or celebrate your love life with a partner as we cruise around London and take in the Cities wonderful sights. The boat hired is a two-level, 240 capacity vessel equipped with a fully stocked bar, electric heaters, and large open deck smoking area.

Early arrival is essential as the boat sets off from Crown Pier from 20:00 Hrs t, so guests should arrive 19:30 hrs sharp. Once departed, the celebrations begin as our DJS takes you through the biggest new and old school tracks, whilst throwing in the odd slow jam along the way.

The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight (WFL Media Ltd) and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
10. The venue may operate a No Smoking Policy.
11. The promoter, venue management and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property.
12. The event listed on the purchased ticket is strictly for ticket holders who are over 18 years of age. Identification may be required.

    Absolutely horrible ! First of all the queues were a nightmare every one was pushing I felt like I was about to have a panic attack… people were so irritated because they had been queueing for 2 hrs.. then once we got on the boat… which was supposed to be a party boat to hold multiple people turned out to be a single decker boat with not enough room to hold everyone it was over crowded plus we hear security say that tickets were over booked.. the organisation of this event was disgusting for wat we paid for absolutely hideous! We had to queue for another additional 1hr and half for our drinks and then there was not enough room on the front of the deck of the boat so we actually needed missing the fire world because we could not get out of the boat we got stuck inside ! As there was no room ! I WANT MY MONEY BACK !!!!!!!!!!!

    After selling us the tickets we was not informed of the closures to access the venue and therefore was not able to attend I suggest in future you explain correctly how to access the event of road closures are in place
