New Year's Eve Cruise - Edwardian

1. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight WFL Media Ltd and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
10. The promoter, venue management and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property.
11. The event listed on the purchased ticket is strictly for ticket holders who are over 18 years of age. Identification may be required.
12. All bookings must be made in advance of the date of the cruise. To board the vessel the client must have a confirmed reservation /ticket which is valid for the date and package booked.
13. Please ensure all ticket holders within your party are aware of any dress code that applies to the ticket cruise booked, refunds will not be offered where entry is refused for this reason.
14. Please note that the layout of the different boats used for ticket cruises means that Thames Luxury Charters Ltd. cannot guarantee a table with seating. If you are booking a cruise with seating you may have to share your table with another party. Please check at the time of booking on availability of seating and seating plans.
15. Thames Luxury Charters Ltd. recommend arriving at the boarding pier fifteen minutes before the scheduled boarding time. For whatever reason Thames Luxury Charters Ltd. will not make any refund should clients miss the boarding slot.
16. If booking with a credit or debit card that the client does not have the legal right to use the booking will be invalid.

17. In the event Thames Luxury Charters Ltd cancels the event for any reason or is prevented from operating the cruise as planned, we will refund all monies paid, but we will not be liable for any indirect or 3rd party cost or expense the ticket holder may have incurred. Reasons for cancellation may include, but are strictly not limited to, insufficient ticket sales, trading restrictions passed down by Government or other regulatory authorities which means that Thames Luxury Charters Ltd is unable to operate the cruise as planned, significant mechanical failure.
18. Refunds will not be granted other than under the terms and conditions stated when booking.
19. Any refunds agreed will be made entirely at Thames Luxury Charters Ltd. discretion and without prejudice.
20. Thames Luxury Charters Ltd. reserve the right to charge an administration fee on any refunds agreed.
21. No food or beverages may be brought on to any ticket cruise, unless by prior written agreement from a Director of Thames Luxury Charters Ltd.
22. Thames Luxury Charters Ltd. reserves the right to substitute another vessel and, if necessary, for reasons beyond its control, to cancel the booking, but Thames Luxury Charters Ltd. will not in such circumstances be liable for any expenses incurred by the client.
23. The client agrees to reimburse Thames Luxury Charters Ltd. for any additional expense for cleaning or repairs as a result of the use or misuse of the vessel by the client or their guest, reservation or ticket holder, during or after the cruise.
24. No liability will attach to Thames Luxury Charters Ltd. in respect of any loss or damage to the client or anything brought onto the vessel by any such person, save loss or damage due to the negligence of Thames Luxury Charters Ltd. Thames Luxury Charters Ltd. carries a £50 million third party liability cover.
25. The Client will be responsible for all loss or damage to property upon or brought onto the vessel and for any injury to any person or thing caused or in consequence of any act or omission on the part of the client, its agents or servants, and/or any guest and the client will keep Thames Luxury Charters Ltd. indemnified in respect of any such loss, damage or injury.
26. No animal or birds may be brought upon the vessel.
