Unbelievably bad. There were no direction to the party or of which boat to go to on the dock and most people spent time in the wrong que. At 7ok when we were due to start boarding the crew only started putting up the decorations, so the boat was late in leaving. The toilets were too few for the amount of people on the boat and started to get blocked inside ten minutes of sailing. It got to the point that ladies were having to use the qubicals in the men's room. The music was dreadful, crap club music with not one decent tune only the heavy base thump, thump that only the stone or drunk can dance to but there were many of them. The bar was over priced and under staffed. Most people spent their night playing on their phones. In the mad rush to get off at the end of this hellish trip I asked anyone I could find coherent enough to answer "did you enjoy your night?" Everyone said "No" Stephen visited Tower Millennium Pier on 10 Sep 2015

Worst organisation ever, on the tickets it stated the boat departs at 7:15pm and at that time they only just started hanging up a few crap decorations. Bar was very understaffed spent most of the night queueing up to buy two drinks at a time (over priced drinks). Definitely not worth the £40 for each ticket. To top it off the boat got back to the pier before 11pm although on tickets it said 11:30PM. Emailed the event organisers AND messaged on Facebook and never heard anything back. Great night, The boat went to the dome and back. Drinks were slow coming and they were expensive. Boat was all good apart from that though. People really put the effort in with the costumes. Guy visited Tower Millennium Pier on 21 Sep 2015

Extremely disappointed in the whole event, the prices for drinks were extortionate, not enough staff on the bar either which meant wasting a quarter of the night waiting at the bar! Decoration of the boat was pathetic, all seemed a bit unorganised and rushed. Will not be going again or attending an event by these people again....

I was annoyed, and disappointed, with the whole layout.to keep us waiting 45minutes, while the staff put a few balloons, and a blob of cotton wool around the bar!! Drinks were over priced 15pounds for bottle of wine, total piss take..shame on you for taking our money, and giving us sod all,to show for it!!won't be going again.the bloody boat was like a bus on water!

Poor, unorganised, over priced. Made to wait a hour to get on the boat. Lost a hour of the boaty party.. Came back early. Staff didnt decorate till we got there. Wouldnt go again

We were at the pier and waited to get on the boat and a number of people including five of us were refused to get on the boat. The bouncer told us that the boat reached the maximum limit and they only operate the boat. The sales company sold more tickets than the number of people can go on the boat. This is preposterous and sad as it will ruin our night. Under the light of current circumstances, can you initiate the refund of five tickets I bought ? zhangjin visited Tower Millennium Pier on 28 Oct 2015

Absolutely poor,no organisation.Started later then time stated and finished earlier. No effort made, decorations only began to be set up when everyone was lining up.Security very poor,a load of underagers there.

Was a poor night really, drinks were over priced, boat left at a later time than stated on the tickets, the bouncers (if that is what you could call them) didn't properly check to see if my ticket was correct, anyone could of got on really, not a lot of room to move around, music was alright but could of had more variety, not a lot to the decorations put up, could of had music and a bar on the second level to accommodate for the long ques at the only bar. For £40 I expected a lot more for my money. There was hardly any decorations, the bar was overpriced and it seemed really disorganized. I think more bar staff was needed because it took forever - it just felt that no effort was put in! Charlotte visited Tower Millennium Pier on 23 Oct 2015

I feel like they could have done so much more with this. There were no decorations, the music was only on one floor and I would have welcomed a bit more variety, not just the same beat over and over again. We had to wait around for half an hour before we could even get on the boat and then we headed East, where there is a whole lot of nothing until Greenwhich. I don't know... I had a nice evening, but it was because of the people I came with, not because of the event organisation. Katrin visited Tower Millennium Pier on 06 Sep 2015

Had a really great night, the views were fantastic along the river! Shame the music didn't seem to play out on the deck for smokers. There could have been more festive decorations but I hadn't really noticed as was having a great time. Loved the music. Drinks definitely over priced. Bottle of JD £95,..! Otherwise had a great night! Emma Louise visited Tower Millennium Pier on 02 Sep 2015

very dissapointing, we spent money on the tickets and paid money for fancy dress, because you wouldnt let us in if we werent. shame the boat didnt look like a halloween party, we were queing to get on the boat and at 7.15 were they putting up a few tacky decorations..the boat did not set of till about 8 being late. The queues for drinks were well out of order. The inside looked like a poor with 4 tables and a few chairs scattered round the edge. Bar was also way overpriced. I will never go on one of these nights out again. Judith visited Tower Millennium Pier on 05 Aug 2015

Concept was great? Execution was terrible. Boat didn't set off till about 8pm, so an hour late. But to make matters worse, that wasn't an hour at the bar that was just an hour queuing to get on. The inside looked like a poor village hall with 4 tables and a few chairs scattered round the edge. We watched them put the decorations up from the queue. Seemed like someone popped to the £1 store. How you have the cheek to charge £40 a ticket and not make any effort to decorate is beyond me, given that the theme was pirates of the a River a Thames, it was pretty obvious what the boat should/could have looked like (on the inside at least). Bar was also way overpriced. Had a good night cus of friends present. Kieran visited Tower Millennium Pier on 31 Aug 2015

This was way way way overpriced. The music was muffled even up close - the sound system was obviously terrible. We were still boarding the boat at 7.30 meaning we didn't depart until 8 - cutting an hour off the journey immediately. Drinks were expensive, given that we had paid £40 a ticket the fact the drinks were more expensive than a usual event was ridiculous. The crowd made this event enjoyable but I would never waste money like this again. Roisin visited Tower Millennium Pier on 26 Oct 2015

Absaloute waste of money. Wouldn't do again. And this was gor my Birthday. Was all queuing for the boat while they decorated it, this was at 7.15pm boat was meant to leave at 7pm. Must have spent at least a whopping £10 on a few cobwebs just thrown up and a couple of inflatable ghosts stuck behind the bar. The music was shit. And my coat disappeared so had to get back to bedfordshire in the freezing cold with no coat. Bar staff ridiculous no order to being served and rude. The only thing that was good was the effort everyone had gone to with their costumes. Very dissapointed. I wouldn't even give it one star personally. vwright visited Tower Millennium Pier on 04 Aug 2015
