By partaking in a Backpacker Party Pub Crawls, you the participant hereby agree to the following
Terms and Conditions:

Your booking is only reserved once we have received a confirmed payment, either online or in
person. Once your booking is confirmed and you have arrived at our starting location you will receive
a Backpacker Party Pub Crawl wristband so that you are easily identifiable. Once your booking has
been confirmed you will be deemed to have read and agreed to our terms and conditions.\

Backpacker Party Pub Crawls reserve the right to decrease or increase the prices of all tickets and to
decline any booking at their discretion. No employee other than managers of Backpacker Party Pub
Crawls hold the authority to vary or omit any of the terms or promise discounts or refunds.
All amounts paid are non-refundable and final. All payments must be made prior to the start of the
specified event. In the event of non-attendance Backpacker Party Pub Crawls will regard this booking
as completed.

Any changes to the original booking by the Participant must be confirmed by email by the person
submitting the booking. Whilst every reasonable effort will be made to accommodate changes and
the additional requests, availability cannot be guaranteed.

The Participant may not cancel the booking at any time after a booking is confirmed. However the
date may be moved, provided that the request is communicated to Backpacker Party Pub Crawls by
email in due time at least 24 hours notice.

Backpacker Party Pub Crawls will operate each pub crawl as close to advertised as possible.

Backpacker Party Pub Crawls reserve the rights to modify pub crawls without notice. This may include
changing venues or routes. If a change is made Backpacker Party Pub Crawls will substitute for a
similar venue, however accept no liability for changes. In the event of substantial changes to planned
events, participants will have the right to reschedule or cancel their booking. The exception to this is
changes to venue locations which are subject to change at zero notice, therefore any refund requests
will be denied.

Backpacker Party Pub Crawls reserve the right to cancel any event at our own discretion for any
reason. If a cancellation occurs Backpacker Party Pub Crawls will contact participants as promptly as
possible to replace tickets where appropriate.

All participants and their own property at all times are solely at their own risk and Backpacker Party
Pub Crawls accepts no liability for this. All participants are responsible for providing their own
insurance. Participants providing their own insurance should ensure there are no exclusion clauses
that will limit protection for the type of activities completed during this event.

All participants must be 18 years or older to join a Backpacker Party Pub Crawl event. Only official
identification will be accepted as proof of age and includes: Passports, drivers licences, proof of age
18 plus cards, etc. Unacceptable identification includes photocopies, student cards and other
non-government issued identification. Door policies of individual venues may vary and only a valid
passport or valid driving licence is normally accepted as identification.

Backpacker Party Pub Crawls have been designed for a variety of people to enjoy themselves and
meet other travellers. All participants are responsible for their own safety and well-being during the
tours. Backpacker Party Pub Crawls will use its best endeavours to ensure that all participants safely
attend a variety of venues. All participants acknowledge these risks and attend the event at solely
their own accord and risk. All participants are expected to satisfy themselves prior to the booking that
they are fit and able to complete the itinerary of the event. Backpacker Party Pub Crawls reserve the
right to decline any booking at their own discretion.

Backpacker Party Pub Crawls events provide opportunities for participants to consume alcohol at
their own discretion. Backpacker Party Pub Crawls urges all participants to drink responsibly and
cannot accept any responsibility or liability if participants drink excessively, resulting in damages, ill
health, injury or death.

Participants agree to accept the authority and decisions of Backpacker Party Pub Crawl employees,
event leaders, and affiliates whilst on a tour. If, in the opinion of such a person, the health or conduct
of a participant before or during the tour appears likely to endanger the safe, comfortable or happy
progress of the tour, the participant may be excluded from all or part of the event. Backpacker Party
Pub Crawls accepts no liability for participant’s behaviour and reserves the right to refuse entry or
remove from events anyone who is drunk, disorderly, aggressive, abusive or anti-social. In the event of
refusal or removal, London Pub Crawl will not refund ticket prices or cover any additional costs
incurred by participants as a result.

The participant agrees to compensate Backpacker Party Pub Crawls employees, managers,
suppliers, agents, distributors, representatives, etc against any third party claims as a result of the
participant’s behaviour and actions. Any damages or loss caused by a participant is solely the
participant’s responsibility.

All participants should be aware of their own physical or mental limitations before attending a event.
Participants with medical conditions or who are pregnant are strongly advised not to participate in our
events and must inform Backpacker Party Pub Crawls of the full nature of their condition before
participating. Failure to make such disclosure will constitute a breach of these booking conditions and
result in such persons being excluded from the event in which case all monies paid will be forfeit.

Covid-19 Policy: Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, laws are subject to change at zero notice. Backpacker
Party Pub Crawls complies with rules and regulations by the UK government. Participants are involved
with an element of potential risk and exposure. Backpacker Party Pub Crawls accepts no liability for
this and the Participant agrees is solely responsible. In the event of cancellation of a tour due to the
Covid-19 pandemic, Participants will have the choice to select an alternative date, as soon as we can
resume operating. Tickets are non-refundable. In the event of a Participant cancelling a booking due
to Coronavirus, the Participant should notify Backpacker Party Pub Crawls immediately and not attend
the tour. Backpacker Party Pub Crawls will offer an alternative date, so long as the Participant can
confirm this including but not limited to providing a copy of their test, etc

1. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight WFL Media Ltd and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
10. The promoter, venue management and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property.
12. The event listed on the purchased ticket is strictly for ticket holders who are over 18 years of age.
