Kamran Bedi is a wellbeing coach specialising in anxiety, stress, worry, PTSD, insomnia as well as life and business coaching. He has worked with people from all walks of life utilising a variety of modalities that he is certified in, including; NLP, IEMT, Hypnosis and Mindfulness. He is also a trainer of NLP and Hypnosis offering practitioner and master practitioner certification and is passionate about educating people about how they can improve their mental and emotional health.
The Anxiety Antidote makes understanding and dealing with anxiety easy and practical. The book offers tools and techniques that the reader can apply quickly on a daily basis, such as exercises on self-reflection, breath work, mindfulness and visualisation.

4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
