As women, we possess so many BEAUTIFUL qualities that should be celebrated. We are all worthy and deserving of love, especially the love from ourselves.
Love takes so many different forms and qualities which we will be exploring in this Galentine's Retreat:
How you relate to love, and how you can celebrate yourself and others in this season of love!

If you are in a relationship, situationship, single or just want an afternoon surrounded by like-minded women!
What's the journey?
On this mini-retreat, you will reconnect and explore new aspects of yourself through movement, nurturing conversations and immersive activities to deepen your connection to yourself and others. Redefining what it means to love ourselves and others deeply, and to start embodying that loving energy!
What to expect?
**Connecting to the wisdom of your feminine, and honouring your masculine.
** The space to intentional explore your beliefs around love through journaling, movement and interactive activities.
**An empowering intuitive dance movement exercise to boost your confidence and bring you back to into your body and heart, instead of living in your head!
**Gratitude practices
**Guided movement exercises - with a twist!
**Body Intelligence - reconnecting back to the wisdom of your body to help you build a deeper sense of trust in yourself
**Self-Enquiry Journaling
**Expansive and healing conversations with like-minded people
**Light refreshments
** & a little self-love gift to take with you to keep that self-loving, immersive energy going after you leave the space.
Do I need to bring anything with me?
*There will be access to filtered water at the venue, feel free to bring a water bottle
*Please wear something comfortable, that you can move in, that you feel confident and embodied in!
*There are 2 changing rooms on-site, so you are free to change and bring layers! We will be on the floor with mats and pillows most of the time, but there are chairs on-site if you require :
*Please bring your favourite journal & pen! make it feel extra special and intentional!
*Please bring a picture printed off if possible that represents love to you it could be of you and your family, friends, partner, or someone who just embodies love to you - choose intuitively, don't overthink it, just one that resonates 😊

My names Tamara, I'm a healing arts practitioner, facilitator , dancer and coach specialising in all things wellbeing, embodiment, confidence, creativity and self expression! (bit of a mouthful!)
My mission is to guide people back to their most authentic expression by holding nourishing & expansive spaces that support them in deepening their connection to themselves, the natural world and others. I do this through 1 to 1 coaching , group facilitation and immersive retreats!

1. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight WFL Media Ltd and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
10. The venue may operate a No Smoking Policy.
11. The promoter, venue management and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property.
12. The event listed on the purchased ticket is strictly for ticket holders who are over 18 years of age. Identification may be required.
