The Royal Horseguards Hotel, one of London’s hidden gems, is launching a collection of wellness sessions, all in aid of National Stress Awareness Month.
Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city, the historic building overlooks the River Thames at the Embankment and has some magnificent views of the serene gardens and iconic London attractions. Whether you’re a keen yogi or simply seeking some well-deserved ‘me time’, Londoners can take their pick between a yoga or sound bath class or both, tuning into their mind, body and soul, all whilst soaking in the Victorian grandeur and elegance of the hotel.
Adorned with timeless period features and stunning décor, each room at The Royal Horseguards has a unique story to tell. Encompassing two iconic buildings: The National Liberal Club which has played host to historical icons including Churchill, Gladstone and Lloyd-George; and the club’s magnificent apartments which were previously the home of the first chief of Britain’s Secret Intelligence Service, the hotel does not fall short on history.
Yoga – Wednesday 12 April @ 8am – 45 minute session hosted by FLY LDN
Guests can expect to work their muscles through various poses and practice breathing exercises, connecting the body and mind through self-reflection and achieving a moment of peacefulness.
Sound Bath – Thursday 13 April @ 8am – 45 minute session hosted by GONG
The gong bath is an immersive sound experience. Participants can relax and switch off whilst having sound waves 'wash' over them, enjoying a melodic journey helping to revitalise the body.
Sessions are also followed by invigorating refreshments including fruit infused water and smoothies to replenish the body and have participants pumped for the day ahead.

4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.

7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
