Join us for a morning of insightful conversation at Empowered Wellness: How to Be Your Own Health Advocate, a breakfast event designed to support you on your health journey. This panel discussion features consultant gynaecologist Dr. Karolina Afors, Demi Santana Brown, an endometriosis warrior and advocate, known for her appearance on Netflix’s Love Is Blind UK, and Katherine Glyde, qualified Life and Wellbeing Coach. Together, they will share their expertise and experiences to help you become more informed, proactive, and confident in navigating your path to wellness.
From advocating for yourself in medical settings to adapting your lifestyle for better health, this conversation will offer practical advice on balancing medical support with natural holistic therapies. With a focus on hormone and menstrual health, speakers will share their experiences and strategies for making informed choices and understanding your body.
With conditions like endometriosis, PMDD and PCOS often going undiagnosed for years, this event will explore the barriers to timely diagnosis and treatment, while offering tools for self-advocacy and taking control of your health and wellness.
Moderated by Hannah Samano, Founder & CEO of Unfabled, this breakfast event is an opportunity to hear from health experts, connect with a like-minded community, and support your own health journey.

refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
