On Saturday, 20th June, Courtney Black, the queen of HIIT herself, brings an exclusive, high-energy workout experience to Sky Garden.

 Now, she’s combining fitness and self-care in one of London’s most iconic settings.

    The experience runs from 8:30 - 10 am and gives you the chance to chat with other attendees after class, whilst taking in the view.

    Bring your own mat: Mats are not provided, so please bring your own.
    Dress warmly: Sky Garden is a naturally ventilated space, so extra layers may be needed before warming up.
    Arrive Early: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the session to complete the building's compulsory security checks.
    Non-refundable tickets: Please note that tickets are non-refundable, and late arrivals will not be admitted.
