The Pem

Description

Nestled adjacent to St. James’s Park in Westminster, The Pem offers a contemporary approach to fine dining inspired by the traditions of British cuisine, reimagined with inventive techniques and contemporary flair. The dining room blends Art Deco elegance with a modern twist, featuring vibrant reds and pinks, plush booths, and an inviting atmosphere, perfect for intimate gatherings and dinner parties.

The ever-evolving menu highlights high-quality, sustainable British produce, with a strong focus on working with small-scale suppliers. The seasonal dishes include Cured and Grilled Cornish Mackerel lifted with pink peppercorn spice, Pan Roasted Monkfish with smoked mussels, saffron velouté and trope onion and Herdwick Lamb Cannon sourced from Lake District Farmers and served with laverbread, cockle popcorn and mint gel.

For exceptional value, their Set Lunch Menu offers two courses for £35.

Named after suffragette Emily Wilding Davison—fondly known as ‘Pem’—the restaurant pays tribute to strength, character, and bold thinking. Set inside Conrad London. St James, The Pem offers an exceptional dining experience refined yet welcoming setting.

The Pem is awarded, having been recognised in The 2023 National Restaurant Awards and SquareMeal’s Top 100 London Restaurants list for 2024.
