Stunning interiors, luxury suites and 5-star service aren't the only reason to head to The Goring these days. Acclaimed chef Nathan Outlaw has just launched Siren, making it the first new restaurant at the swanky hotel in 109 years. Inspired by hotelier Jeremy Goring’s family ties with Cornwall, Siren sits alongside the Michelin-starred Dining Room.

Overlooking the hotel's stunning gardens, this seafood-centred spot is opting for "understated brilliance." Housed in the orangery, the upmarket restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor areas scattered with floral upholstery and leafy furnishings curated by interior designer Russell Sage.

British decor joins a menu of fresh seafood direct from the Cornish coast. Think cured monkfish, red mullet and fisherman's stew, with the menu overseen by Outlaw and the kitchen run by Andrew Sawyer on a daily basis. Finish off with the indulgent raspberry choux bun and a glass from the in-depth wine list.
