Although Japan and Lebanon look totally different, they are closely connected by the special attention given to their land, both countries crops are rich in flavour with herbs full of aromas.
Head Chef's from our Lebanese and Japanese kitchen have come together to create this special Japanese and Lebanese sharing platter, with unique dishes from both cultures.
Your Japanese & Lebanese Tasting Experience includes a cocktail of choice from our signature cocktail menu and the following dishes from both our Lebanese & Japanese Menus:
- Hommos - purée chickpeas, tahini & zejd dressing
