Welcome to Equilibrium Brunch! (2-hour workshop followed by a vegan brunch, detox shot on arrival)
Roll out of bed and start your day with a 30-minute crystal activation and affirmation session w/ CharlotteGrace Rocks: Crystal healer and dealer She will guide you on how to cleanse and program your crystals so that they are activated and serving you. Once your crystals are activated she will lead a short affirmation session bringing out your sass, confidence and banishing any stress left over from the week.

Once your mind is awake and tuned into the universe's positive frequency, it is time to shake your body! Keeley Dann will get you moving and shaking, releasing allllllllll the endorphins to the sweet sound of Fleetwood Mac! This 2 in 1 class aimed at helping you tone up and feel confident on both the inside and outside. We'll be working on self-acceptance and self-love as we move through a barre toning session, which will push your muscles and leave you feeling strong and in control of your body. It is now time to let go and release your inner alter ego as we learn a routine to one of the classics tracks by Fleetwood Mac. This is your time to let go and embrace who you are as you pull out your dance moves in a friendly supportive environment. This empowering Workshop will help you practice self-compassion and ensure you leave having had a ton of fun and with total appreciation for your amazing self.
Finish feeling fabulous with a Fleetwood Mac-themed Acappella Session with Michelle. Michelle is a vocal workshop leader and ran her own successful acapella choir. We'll be creating our own version of the hit 'Everywhere,' playing with harmonies and sounds in new and exciting ways. Give your vocal chords a workout and let the endorphins fly out of you as you energise yourself through singing. Everyone is welcome, experience or no experience.
Once the workshop is done and dusted follow the smell of the filthy AF vegan brunch served up by Jacks Biff Shack!
