Shake things up with a cocktail masterclass at 68 & Shanghai, where the brand-new Cocktail Experience Room brings an interactive mixology experience to the heart of Spitalfields.📍
This 90-minute cocktail making class in London is the perfect way to kick off a night out. Start with a welcome drink and snacks before stepping behind the bar to learn how to craft two classic cocktails chosen from a menu of favourites including Margaritas, Espresso Martinis and Negronis.
With space for just eight guests per session, the Experience Room keeps things intimate, lively and social, ideal for date nights, birthdays, hen parties or group nights out in London.
What to expect:
From the moment you arrive, the experience is designed to feel welcoming, social and indulgent.
Start the evening with a glass of bubbles or a cold beer on arrival, followed by seasonal house snacks to share as you settle into the space.
Then it’s time to step behind the bar.
Guided by our bartenders, you’ll learn how to craft two classic cocktails from scratch, mastering the techniques that make these drinks famous around the world. Along the way, you’ll hear a few stories from cocktail history, discover insider tips used by professional bartenders, and pick up skills you can take home to impress your friends.
To finish? A signature house shot to toast your newly discovered mixology skills.

Each session lasts 90 minutes.
Tickets are £59 per person, with 2–8 guests per class.
