Just in time for World Vegan Month, this is the class for you if you're following a pant-based diet, or just looking to incorporate more vegan dished into your repertoire. Taking place on Saturday at pan-Indian destination Baluchi, join Executive Chef Santosh Shah as he takes you through a culinary journey of discovery, teaching you to blend spices like a pro, and transform simple plant-based ingredients into a delicious five-star meal.
Your day will start at 10am with a welcome breakfast in the striking ''Great Hall'' that is home to Baluchi, before you're introduced to the expert himself - Chef Santosh Shah. Don your apron and get stuck in as you learn unique cooking skills that will last a lifetime. Throughout the day, you will create and taste your own three-course masterpiece - complete with paired wines - along with plenty of other tasters along the way.
Not only will you end the day with a number of new recipes, you also will receive an apron to take home, as well as a selection of Indian spices, and a few more surprise treats.
