In a new masterclass series led by Executive Chef Santosh Shah, visit award-winning pan-Indian destination Baluchi, within boutique hotel The LaLiT London, for the chance to take your culinary skills to the next level. Experience the vibrant colours, vivacious flavours and delicious dishes associated with traditional Indian cuisine, in a hands-on experience where Chef Shah will teach you how to create a number of exciting dishes, sure to dazzle any dinner guest. Suitable for amateur cooks, through to confident chefs and foodie fanatics, this is the ultimate gastronomic experience.
If you’re following a plant-based diet, or just looking to incorporate more vegan dishes into your repertoire, this is the masterclass for you. Taking place on 20th July at pan-Indian destination Baluchi, join Executive Chef Santosh Shah as he takes you through a culinary journey of discovery, teaching you to blend spices like a pro, and transform simple plant-based ingredients into a delicious five-star meal.
Your day will start at 10am with a welcome breakfast in the striking ‘Great Hall’ that is home to Baluchi, before you’re introduced to the expert himself – Chef Santosh Shah. Don your apron and get stuck in as you learn unique cooking skills that will last a lifetime. Throughout the day, you will create and taste your own three-course masterpiece – complete with paired wines – along with plenty of other tasters along the way.
Not only will you end the day with a number of new recipes, you also will receive an apron to take home, as well as a selection of Indian spices, and a few more surprise treats.
The masterclass is priced at £150pp and includes breakfast on arrival, as well as three-courses with paired wines, and a goody-bag to take home.
