As part of London Craft Week 2018, temper Soho are joining with Billy Tannery to host a one off interactive goat masterclass.
Watch, learn and taste as the temper team prepare their signature goat tacos. Then discover how Billy Tannery turns a by-product into luxury kid leather goods. All while enjoying a cocktail!
This special collaboration between temper and Billy Tannery is a chance to rediscover the vital role that leather and leathercraft play in the reduction of food waste.

Food waste is a massive issue. At Temper we try to use everything on the animal. The fats get used for bread and sauces, the bones for stock and the difficult cuts get minced.
To see the skins being turned into leather products is great.
