American whiskey lovers, listen up! A celebration of all things bourbon has arrived in the capital - with the London Bourbon Experience, courtesy of multi-gold medal winning Yellowstone Select Bourbon from Kentucky's Limestone Branch Distillery.
As part of the Experience, award-winning bartender, competition judge and Yellowstone Select Bourbon ambassador, Michele Reina is hosting a FREE two-hour event to mark National Bartender’s Day – which includes tastings of the tastiest tipples during a masterclass on classic American cocktails.
Guests will then get the opportunity to taste a rye whiskey and a classic rye-based cocktail, and the event will close with a masterclass and history of modern bartending.
And everyone who attends will receive a London Bourbon Experience Passport stamp, which can be picked up from Block Soho, as well as in participating venues across London.
Make sure you get it stamped in each bar you visit when ordering your one free welcome cocktail. You only need six stamps to win a prize. These include Yellowstone t-shirts, baseball caps and hoodies. Names can also be added to a draw, where one lucky winner will receive a year’s membership to the exclusive Soho Whisky Club.
Participating venues include the award-winning east London Black Rock Bar; The Lost Society in Battersea; Degustoin Camden; Block Soho; The Zetter Townhouse, in Marylebone and Soho’s Chotto Matte.
