ANTHONY DEMETRE ‘COOKING WITH A VIEW’ MASTERCLASS AT URBAN COTERIE
Join Michelin-starred Chef Anthony Demetre for his last cooking masterclass this year! The 'Game' class this November will focus on seasonal recipes, including dishes such as Haunch of venison with quince, Wild duck, Anthony will demonstrate each dish at the pass, giving you an insight into the buzz of a working kitchen and a master chef at work.
Urban Coterie’s sweeping views of London will be the backdrop as you step away from the kitchen pass to enjoy the dishes created with an optional wine pairing.
The ‘Game’ masterclass is on 23rd November, 6:30-8:30pm. You will continue your evening with three course dinner in the restaurant.
Ticket: £49.50 per person, includes a glass of bubbles on arrival, cooking masterclass followed by three course dinner. Additionally, wine paring will be available with each dish for £22.00 per person, for three glasses, on the evening.
