This Valentine's Day, former Gordon Ramsey chef and Plate owner Arnaud Stevens has created a breathtaking 7 courses, that will lead you through a romantic evening with his special blend of French and English cooking. Starting off the evening with crispy CARLINGFORD OYSTERS with a cucumber relish, merlot shallot dressing and pickled golden raisin with pork jowl, followed by a ROAST BREAST OF DASHWOOD ESTATE PHEASANT with red kuri squash puree, josper grilled great onion and Makers Mark pheasant jus, and finishing with something sweet in the form of the incredible CHOCOLATE CARAMEL FONDANT with salted almond praline and Madagascan vanilla ice cream.
After you've finished being lulled in to a coma by the romantic menu, enjoy cocktails made especially for the evening by our in-house mixologist and you look out on to views of bustling Shoreditch and listen to tunes from our Saxophonist, who has prepared a special set for a loving evening.
