This ticket entitles the ticket holder to a single entrance before 1 A.M, if you arrive after 1 A.M, you will be refused entry to the nightclub. 2) Only guests with table reservations are entitled to a queue jump provided it is cleared with the event manager prior to the event. 3) This is an Over 18’s event & all Guests entering the Venue must have valid scannable I.D | Passport, Driving License or Government issued I.D. All I.D’s will be scanned. No I.D = No Entry. 4) Dress code is Smart – Hats, hoodies & sportswear are not allowed. Designer trainers are accepted. 5) All Bags will be searched before entering the venue & all patrons are subject to pat downs, pocket checks and security screening at the door. 6) No Chewing gum is permitted inside the venue & will be confiscated if found. 7) Security have final say at the door – No large male groups . 8) Security retain the right to refuse entry to the venue due to incorrect gender balance. 9) Management & security reserve the right to refuse entry at the door. 10) Entertainment and acts may be subject to change 11) Last entrance is 1 A.M | Table Entry by 11 P.M. 12) For security reasons all guests must check in coats and bags. 13) Refunds will not be issued if the ticket holder is refused admission for failure to adhere to the venues entrance guidelines 14) If the venue reaches capacity before midnight this ticket is not valid and security have the right to refuse entry.

Please note if you have purchased tickets for an upcoming event, and the event has to be postponed due to government lockdown, we will not be offering refunds however, we will be able to transfer your tickets to the next available date.

If these guidelines are not met to DUO London standards, management retains the right to refuse service and entry to the venue. Any deposit made to the venue is non-refundable.
