The restaurant menu fuses South Asian and global cuisines, for an explosion of flavours. Award-winning Executive Chef Mahmud Zaman has taken inspiration from the world’s best-loved cuisines, to bring you a menu that spans continents.
Highlights from the a la carte menu include a truly decadent 24 oz prime rib, as well as a whole Dover sole. Indian dishes include tandoori king prawns and masala roasted fish of the day, whilst Chinese influences are evident in dishes such as crispy shredded aromatic duck. If the Middle East appeals, why not try the sharing platter of spicy lamb kebabs, marinated chicken, prime lamb chops and cold mezze selection.
