Opened in September, MNKY HSE has taken over Dover Street Wine Bar's old home. The venue is spread over two floors and features a bar and more relaxed drinking space upstairs, while the downstairs is a restaurant. Using fresh British produce, head chef Pablo Peñalosa Nájera creates Latin American dishes and the cocktail menu is heavy on the Mexican spirit mezcal.

Following on from the iconic Dover Street Wine Bar is no easy feat, but MNKY HSE seem up for the challenge. With a head chef who knows his stuff - Pablo Peñalosa Nájera was previously at the Four Seasons in Bogotá - the Latin American food looks authentic and high quality. The venue is a restaurant, bar and late-night space, and with so many elements in the mix it is interesting to see them pull off each, though with international DJs and mezcal-inspired cocktails, we don't think they are having too much trouble.
