Occupying what was once Dover Street Wine Bar, is MNKY HSE, a Latin American restaurant and nightclub. Pablo Peñalosa Nájera, who has previously worked at the Four Seasons in Bogotà, is heading up the kitchen. His menu has heavy Latin American influences with a British twist.
The cocktail list uses a lot of mezcal, a spirit from Mexico. The venue is spread over two floors; the upstairs is an intimate bar and drinking area, while the restaurant is downstairs with the space being cleared to make room for a dance floor as the evening goes on.
