About this Event
On Friday 12th June 2020 there will be a lovely gathering of POL friends for a lunch party at BRIGADE, the amazing restaurant housed in a converted Victorian fire station near London Bridge and owned by chef Simon Boyle (POL graduate Wales November 2016). Simon's charity, Beyond Food, has trained over 1000 people who were formerly homeless there as chefs and front of house staff and there is a warm gentle loving POL energy.
Our 1st lunch in January 2020 attracted 44 people from so far a field as Sweden and Spain.
We would love you to join us. You are all very warmly welcome. There will be an open forum in the morning from 10:00 to 12:00 and anyone interested in discovering more about Beyond Food and how they might like to get involved. From 12:00 to 13:15 we will be moving into some POL small group enquiry work and sharing. From 13:30 there will be lunch with plenty of time for catching up with old friends and networking.
Tickets for the wonderful mid summer party includes a seasonal 3 course menu. There will also be a very tasty vegan/vegetarian options for those who don’t eat meat. Simon’s food is fabulous.
If you would like to join us please reserve your place here. Please let us know of any dietary requirements upon booking or at least 72 hours in advance of the event.

4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
10. The venue may operate a No Smoking Policy.
11. The promoter, venue management and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property.
