Cancellation policy:
• Once a ticket is purchased, we do not offer refunds. If you cannot make the date, please let us know with a minimum of 5 days’ notice to move your booking to an alternative date.
Right of Admission
• Paradise Green operates an over 18’s policy.
• Please respect our rights of admission; we are not obliged to give a reason if entry is refused.
Duty of care and responsible drinking
• Paradise Green promotes responsible consumption of alcohol due to Health & Safety requirements in the venue to ensure that all our guests have an enjoyable experience in our establishment.
• It is not acceptable at Paradise Green for a guest to behave in an aggressive manner or appear to be overly intoxicated. Please respect that there are strict licensing protocols that we must adhere to and maintain.
• Our team is here to keep you safe. If at any time during your visit you have an issue with another guest, please make our management team or security aware. Please do not deal with the matter yourself.
Seating
• I you are booked on our £25pp package, you will be allocated a standing area. You may have a high-top table that is shared as your base for your group.
• We cannot guarantee particular areas of the bar for your booking.
Arriving late for a reservation
• Late is not fashionable at Paradise Green. We reserve the right to cancel your booking in the event of guests arriving 20 minutes later than their reservation.
Entry Policy
• Large bags, coats and shopping need to be checked in to our complimentary cloakroom.
• There is limited walkin spaces on the night.
Bringing your own drinks/food
• No external food or drinks allowed.
• If bringing your own birthday cake, we charge a cakeage fee of £3pp up to £25.
Dress code
• At Paradise Green, we operate a smart elegant dress code. We ask that you approach your wardrobe deliberately and with a sense of occasion and fun. We love personality and welcome purpose and originality, however do note we favour an elegant dress code. We do not allow beachwear, sportswear, paraphernalia, loungewear, flip flops, tracksuits, sports trainers ,shorts or caps.
Lost property
• All items left in the cloakroom or in the bar in the evening by yourself, or members of your party will be kept for a period of one month only. After this time, all items will be donated to charity.
Service Charge
• Our team are talented singers and performers who entertain all guests. We therefore add a discretionary service charge of 13.5% to your bill. This service charge goes straight to our wonderful team.
