A talk by Freddie Sorensen, founder of Rebel Lectures and Rebel Bingo, about his journey with his black dog.
This talk is aimed at anyone who's trying to help someone with depression or who thinks they might be depressed and doesn't know what to do.
The venue has a full bar and food menu and you can eat and drink during the lecture. The lecture will last about an hour and we'll be done by 8.30pm.
Depression is bad. But sometimes we have to venture deep into the darkness to find out who we truly are.

Freddie Sorensen is the founder of Rebel Lectures, and a producer of television shows and live events like as Britain's Got Talent, The Royal Variety Performance and Rebel Bingo. He also has a masters degree in psychology from the University of Nottingham and is a highly experienced depressive. So he knows a bit about the mind, a bit about entertainment, and a lot about being depressed, and is hoping to try to combine all those together. Fun.
